How do I link more than one Seller Central Account to HelloProfit?

 

You will first need to reach out to one of the HelloProfit Admins by emailing or sending a support ticket and request that an additional merchant account be added to your HelloProfit Account. They will then allow additional accounts to be integrated based on your request. Please note, that each merchant account added is an additional $29/month

 

Simply send an email/ticket requesting that you add another merchant account. You can copy and paste this message below indicating how many accounts you would like added. There are two options to choose from:

 

Option 1: Choose this option if you do not want your trial ended 

 

"Hello, I am requesting that you add {# of accounts to be added} Merchant Accounts to my HelloProfit Account. I understand that each additional Merchant Account I create will cost $29/month and you have my permission to charge my card on file today. Thank You HP!"


Option 2: Choose this option to end you trial early so that your billing cycle for both merchant accounts will fall on the same day. 


"Hello, I am requesting that you add {# of accounts to be added} Merchant Accounts to my HelloProfit Account. I understand that each additional Merchant Account I add will cost $29/month and you have my permission to end my Trial early & charge my card on file so that all my billing will take place on the same day. Thank You HP!"

 

IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that only 1 account is included in your HelloProfit Trial and the new Account will be charged the day that the additional accounts are added.


How to Setup another Account once you have bought additional Merchant Account Seats:

 

Once you have emailed HelloProfit we will get back to you with 24 hours indicating that your account was added and you  will be provided with instructions on how to add the additional Merchant Account. 



Can I have a separate Merchant Account?


Yes, you can have separate merchant accounts. Each additional account cost $29 per account billed immediately. You have two options available to you. 


Option 1: In order the keep the accounts separate you will have to click HERE and go through the initial setup process. Pay the $1 21 day trial fee. Once the email is received you will be refund the $1 payment and the subscription will be changed to a $29 monthly plan. Please note: If you choose this option you will have separate accounts with HelloProfit and all of the accounts will have to be in your name. Only one username and password per account. You will not be refunded In the event you forget to notify Customer Support about your additional accounts and you are charged the regular subscription fee. 


Email Customer Support the following message:

"Hello, I am requesting that you change the subscription to $29 because I just created another Merchant Account in my name through the 21 trial link. I've created {# of accounts created} account(s) and I've enclosed all of the email addresses below to each Merchant Account. I understand that each additional Merchant Account I create will cost $29/month and you have my permission to charge my card on file today. Thank You HP!



Option 2: I  would send you a link to setup your merchant account in order to merge all the accounts together and you will have a separate merchant dashboard for each account. CLICK HERE TO GET STARTED.
