Additional Merchant Account


When a customer request for additional accounts the customer is billed the same day which in most cases it will be different then the normal billing cycle. Please Note: Once the billing cycle merge takes place you will receive credits and/or prorations so give it around one or two billing cycles before you see your normal subscription cost. 


Question: How do I change this?


Answer: It's a simple solution by emailing Customer Support and requesting the following below.

Use this message if you are STILL IN TRIAL:


"Hello, I am requesting that you merge my billing cycles so that all my billing can take place on the same day. I am aware that I'm still in trial and you have my permission to end my Trial early & charge my card on file so that all my billing will take place on the same day. Thank You HP!


Use this message if you are OUT OF TRIAL:


"Hello, I am requesting that you merge my billing cycles so that all my billing can take place on the same day. Thank You HP!
